Promotion Scheduler

The Living Channel and Food TV are two Sky TV channels that are broadcast from Eyeworks Touchdown Productions office in central Auckland. We are currently looking for someone for the position of Promotion Scheduler

Promotions (Promos) are vital to the on-going success of the channels. A good Promo will draw in the audience and ‘make’ a show, and consequently the channel.

The Promotions Scheduler is responsible for scheduling promos, music returns, liaising with Sky TV, updating the channel website, keeping updated on progress of promotions being made and informing the Presentation Manager of any missing promos.

Ideally the person we require will possess strong data entry skills-especially in Excel, good communication skills and have an eye for detail. They must be able to work independently to strict deadlines to ensure accuracy of on air promotions.

The position is full time, based in Eyeworks Touchdown’s Auckland office, and reporting to the Presentation Manager.
