Job Role: Health & Fitness
Location: CHINA AND INDIA
Salary: US$24,000 TO US$30,000 PER ANNUM
The selected candidate must be a spa and fitness professional and possess good leadership skills.
Candidate shall have a good command of English and Mandarin for jobs in China, for India, English is sufficient. Must also possess a recognised beauty and fitness qualification or a degree in CIDESCO and in Exercise Science or Sports Management. At least 3 years experience in operational and managerial experience in the fitness and spa industry.
Reporting to the Hotel’s General Manager and Lifestyle’s Consultants Country Manager and Managing Director, the post holder will be expected to deliver and meet the procedures, standards revenue budget set by Lifestyle and Hotel.
Must be sales orientated with good knowledge of the market, to promote and develop the spa and fitness’s extensive facilities, activities, organized spa, beauty and fitness programmes, spa, beauty and fitness clinics and services for the members and hotel guests.
You will be responsible for the spa and fitness department profit and loss account, smooth daily operation of the facilities and services as well as the management of all employees reporting directly to you.
